This Job for Fitted Wardrobes Chelmsford was completed for a client. Our client in Chelmsford had an issue with not only high ceilings but also a large chimney breast protruding in to the bedroom making any freestanding furniture difficult as it stuck out in to the room. The client didn't want floor to ceiling Wardrobes and wanted a very traditional looking finish in keeping with the house. The client decided on a traditional shaker door with detailed cornice to finish the top of the Wardrobes off perfectly. The centre wardrobe was reduced in depth and it was set forward creating a break front style which incorporated the chimney breast behind. This allowed for the customers large collection of shoes to be stored in the entire middle wardrobe taking advantage of Simply Fitted Wardrobes pull out shoe runners. The interior colour for these wardrobes was a light ferret oak which creates a traditional hardwood feel to the interior fixtures. The Arezzo white exteriors works well with the room keeping it light and not encroaching into the space available. As mentioned the central wardrobe had been reduced in depth to accommodate the chimney breast behind. Here we utilised the pull out shoes shelves and managed storage for over 60 pairs of shoes! That is plenty of shoes by anyone's measure. The end wardrobe housed a three draw interior chest with single hanging above. The other end was a double hanging robe with a shelf in between allowing for more storage space. Interior mirrors on the end two doors finished the installation off along with a traditional satin finished knob on each door. Soft close fittings on every hinge and runner ensure everything's open and closed effortlessly.
